IL TERZO PARADISO (2023)

Graduation project.
Medium-lenght feature film based on Cesare Pavese’s novel “Il Diavolo Sulle Colline”.



For the production design of this project, 
I tried to envision the atmospheres I wanted to convey through colors, materials, and visual composition. After defining the characters' traits, I began a research process, creating moodboards for each character to bring them to life, giving them three-dimensionality.
 






Villa Cernigliano is where most of the story unfolds—a residence that bridges the 18th century and the Liberty style. An icon of refinement and freedom, it embodies a timeless classical elegance.
This unique atmosphere allowed us to shape a narrative suspended in time, blending the villa’s original furnishings with carefully chosen contemporary elements.
